Refund policy
30-day returns for eligible unused items
Whether you ordered a discovery kit or an individual fragrance, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
Please check your selection before using your sprays. Items must remain unused to qualify under this 30-day return policy. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see the separate guidance below.
How to request a return
- Contact us at hello@elixirdiuomo.com to request your return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Follow those instructions to send your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@elixirdiuomo.com with proof or a photo. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
